You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties or restrict or inhibit others' use of the site. The use of "scraping" techniques or any automated method to extract data is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
SB WebDev strives to maintain maximum technical accuracy; however, we do not guarantee that the site will be free from temporary interruptions. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of this website or the implementation of third-party technologies (APIs, LLMs) outside our direct control.
5. AI and Automation Protocols
The use of our WhatsApp automation and chatbot solutions is subject to Meta's acceptable use policies (WhatsApp Business API) and the corresponding language model providers. SB WebDev is not responsible for misuse of these tools by the end client.

Any dispute related to these terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable United States law and the relevant laws of the state connected to the engagement, including California or Alabama where applicable.
